做法Preparation :


1. 先洗淨材料Wash all the materials.


2. 用4-5碗乾淨水浸約1小時Soak in 4 - 5 bowls (Wontonmeen Bowl) of clean water for 1 hour.


3. 大火煲滾後用慢火煲1小時即可飲用After the high heat is boiled, use the low heat for 1 hour. Then drink.
