Goppion caffe 自1948年成立咖啡烘焙業務以來, 混合咖啡是有史以來第一次由我們公司創立並將其發揚光大的。一直以來它的名字是格蘭.米斯樂.多爾斯咖啡 (Gran Miscela Dolce), 但依據我們最近的體驗看出那些欣賞它的人們只是記住它是 “DOLCE多爾斯 (柔和的)”, 也就是香甜的意思, 尤其是在國外。從2016年開始, 這個詞語多爾斯 (DOLCE) 已經成了它的代名詞, 它更能體現其所具有特殊含義: “香甜的味道”。甜味是優質的阿拉比卡咖啡所特有的。在品嘗它時, 尤其是在舌尖部位, 它所詮釋的芳香的氣味是永遠不會令人產生痛苦感覺的。這個混合咖啡的組成,是由來自埃塞俄比亞、巴西、危地馬拉和洪都拉斯含量90%的阿拉比卡咖啡; 而其餘含量10%的羅布斯塔咖啡, 是在位於印度洋和太平洋之間的巽他群島弗洛雷斯中精選而出的。世界上最好的羅布斯塔咖啡種植園就是在那裏。這種混合咖啡的名字讓我想起那些出淤泥面不染優美高貴的花朵。

This blend was the first ever to be produced by our company, and has been going strong since we founded our coffee roasting business in 1948. It has always had the name Gran Miscela Dolce, but recently our experiences, especially abroad, have shown that those who appreciate it simply remember it as ‘DOLCE’, i.e. sweet. From 2016, with this packaging, this has become its name, to emphasise and its most distinguishing feature: sweetness. Sweetness is a characteristic of exclusive and superior Arabica coffees, it is perceived in tasting, especially on the tip of the tongue, and is an interpretation of aromatic development that never results in bitterness. The coffees that make up this blend, 90% of which are Arabica, come from Ethiopia, Brazil, Guatemala, and Honduras; while the remaining 10% is Robusta, selected in Flores in the Sunda Islands, an archipelago that lies between the Indian and the Pacific Oceans. The very best Robusta coffee in the world is grown there. Its name brings to mind contamination with the exquisite owers that grow in those lands. 

Goppion Caffe Partenership with Giorgio Franchetti Gallery - It is to the richness of the art of this city, to its age old bond with coffee, to all that has taken place here and the innovative and enlightened thinking of those centuries, that we dedicate this project.

Due to our close proximity to the ‘Magnificent City’, we have established an agreement with the Giorgio Franchetti Gallery at the Ca’ D’Oro in Venice, which still houses paintings by Francesco Guardi, and with the Ministry of Cultural Heritage and Activities, with which there will be mutual cooperation.

Thanks to this we are able to use these outstanding paintings of the city. We like to think that our coffee travels the world to narrate about an important piece of history and that we can play a role so that it continues being told in all its splendour. The Espresso, an Italian invention, is one of the most popular and probably most famous methods of extracting the beverage.

A culture has developed around it, and in turn coffee has developed thanks to this culture; these phenomena have merged to become one. In today’s Italian culture the “Espresso Coffee” is synonymous with Italy and Italy is the homeland of coffee.

The result is an intense taste, velvety, with a full body. The slight acidity is balanced and thus offers the cup of coffee perfect balance. It gives way to a pleasant aftertaste with hints of cocoa and fruit, the persistence of which lengthens with notes of milk chocolate and with the fragrance of toasted bread.
