功效:

適用情況:
頭痛/偏頭痛、頭暈、肩頸痛、風寒頭痛,行經頭痛、高血壓引起頭痛等
飲用建議:
將湯包置入保溫壺,加入600ml滾水,浸泡最少30-60分鐘或用適量水大火滾後轉中火煮最少10分鐘,撈起湯包
稍微擠壓,可加入米粉、豆腐等食材或食鹽、白胡椒粉等調味。
建議其他食用方法:
可醃製海鮮1小時後清蒸

Direction:
Immerse one pouch in a thermos with 600ml boiling water for 30 minutes, for better taste, extend time for 1 hour. For cooking noodle soup, use desire amount of water, bring to a boil, turn to medium heat for at last 10 mins, squeeze & remove pouch, add cooked noodles, tofu, mushrooms, etc. Season with salt and white pepper powder.
