使用方法 (Way of use):
先以100度沸水三分之一桶水量沖泡5分鐘後再加冷水調整溫度42~45度為宜。First, brew with a volume of one-third of a barrel of boiling water for 5 minutes, then add cold water to adjust the temperature between 42 to 45 degrees.
泡腳水量以超過膝蓋,最佳時間使用以25-30分鐘為宜。The amount of water in the foot bath is higher than the knee, and the suggesting time is 25-30 minutes.
避免飢餓、餐後、酗酒後進行。Avoid hunger, after meals or after drinking while foot bathing.
