食用方法:
1. 大鍋煮法：水1000c.c.，蓮藕粉30~50克，水煮至沸騰，轉小火，均勻撒下蓮藕粉並加以攪拌(藕粉要撒均勻才不會結塊狀)，灑完後再滾約30~60秒即可關火，可添加適量糖或蜂蜜。
2. 馬克杯沖泡飲：倒入100度C熱水，再撒入兩湯匙蓮藕粉，同時加以攪拌避免藕粉結塊，加入適量糖或蜂蜜即可飲用。
3. 酥炸粉：裹蓮藕粉油炸後不易吸油回軟，口感酥脆。
4. 勾芡：可代替太白粉成為勾芡粉。
5. 蓮藕粉涼糕：蓮藕粉100公克、黑糖粉60公克、冷開水350c.c.。將全部材料放入鍋中，以小火慢煮(或隔水加熱)並持續攪拌，直到糖粉和蓮藕粉均勻混合、煮至稠狀後，放入電鍋蒸煮10分鐘，放涼後即可食用，冷藏後風味更佳喔！如果怕沾黏，分切後可沾熟黃豆粉。
6. 蓮藕粉燒仙草：蓮藕粉20公克、仙草茶600ml、糖粉適量。將蓮藕粉、糖粉直接倒入冷的仙草茶內，以中小火持續攪拌，將蓮藕粉、糖粉混合均勻，顏色會由咖啡色再轉回黑色，即可關火。關火後須持續攪拌，呈現光滑勾芡狀，就完成囉。

煮飯的要訣:
